As outside or special corporate counsel, we represent a diverse client base including real estate developers, retail businesses, food service businesses, contractors and construction related businesses, and a variety of general and limited partnerships and joint ventures. We work closely with  clients and their accountants from formation and guide our clients through  financial and tax issues including security agreements, mergers and acquisitions, business trusts, purchase and sale of assets and dissolution.

Finance & Real Estate
We represent real estate developers, venture capital groups and borrowers with acquisition, development, construction, bridge and permanent loans; business acquisitions; loan consolidations and loan workouts. We are experienced in many phases of real estate development including financing, acquisitions, leasing, sale-leasebacks, cooperative and condominium conversions and other matters.

Family Law
We concentrate our family law practice on matrimonial actions that have special circumstances–family businesses, closely held businesses, and custody disputes.

Healthcare Insurance Issues
We have developed a successful track record in representing medical and health insurance policy holders in disputes with their carriers over coverage for specific medical procedures, long term aftercare and disability policy disputes.

Estate Planning
Our estate planning practice consists of drafting wills, living wills. trusts and related estate planning documents; planning for the disabled and the elderly, and planning involving federal and New York State estate and income tax issues.
